We were familiar with Appleton Campbell before we chose them to purchase our new Carrier heat pump from but the prior experience was the main reason we DID choose them this time. They are familiar with their products, can answer any question, and go above and beyond "regular service" into excellent service. We have told many friends about them. The only other thing I would say is that old saying about "you get what you pay for" is ever so true.....if you want quality, you sometimes pay a bit more and it's ABSOLUTELY worth it.
