Basement flooded on Sunday, called Appleton Campbell on someone's recommendation on Monday, guy came on Tues, everything fixed on Wed. This was a total non-emergency, just kind of a mess.
Naturally, the "simple" repairs didn't go as planned, and Chad and Michael had a $@!#% of a time in my old house. But they stayed until everything was perfect, did all kinds of extra stuff like re-routing hoses, covering pumps, and vacuuming water messes they didn't make.
Office and dispatch people could not have been nicer. Looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Appleton Campbell!!
