I've been using Appleton Campbell for years and yes, the cost of service is a bit higher than many of their competitors but I've learned it's tough to put a price on 'peace of mind.' From the office to sales and service, they are professional, prompt and thorough. They concern themselves with customer satisfaction and they try to make service calls as painless as possible. So far, my experience with them has been very good.
