Have used this service for years and feel that our home is in the best of hands. Yes, probably more expensive but well worth the satisfaction that issues will be resolved much sooner than much later. Service techs are well trained and responsive. Office team also very friendly and efficient. When we had an issue, supervisors heard our concerns and rectified the problem immediately. Especially like that you can request service technicians that have worked in our home in the past.
