My air conditioning stopped working yesterday afternoon at about 3 p.m. The outside temperature was over 90 degrees. I immediately called Appleton Campbell because their service sticker was on my unit. I had no expectations of actually having someone service it the same day. By 5 p.m. a very professional young man arrived, explained my options for repair or replacement. He actually had the part on his truck, which was amazing in itself. My air conditioning was up and running by 6 p.m. I have never had such a quick resolution in the 32 years I have been a homeowner.
