We called Erives Heating because we were going to sell our house and we needed our furnace cleaned (it's old, but it works.) The technician who came out to do the job was so concerned about covering his own $@!#%, that he wrote up this big long thing about what could "potentially" go wrong with the furnace. All we asked him to do was clean it and tell us the expected life span of the furnace. He simply couldn't do that. He did clean it out, and did a good job at that, but we would not use them again.
