Five years ago, ERIVES HEATING installed a new heating system for me. They followed that up a year or two later with a new air conditioning system. I have used them subsequently for the maintenance of both systems. Starting with their initial installation -
even the initial sit down with Gilbert - it was a frank, candid, no-nonsense, I'm not here to sell you more than you need type of discussion. Erives wasn't the lowest bid, but it wasn't the highest bid, either. I had several bids, and theirs was the clearest bid, by far. Gilbert sat down with me and said - this is what we have, this is why it's good, and this is why it's what you need.

His brother, Coco, came in and led the team that installed it all. He is probably the most professional and gifted tech of that sort that I have ever run into. He is professional, gracious, and polite. I had them do some work on my gas fireplace because of that. The initial A/C installation wasn't as successful as we had hoped. Primarily because of issues with the unit itself. We are hoping that the last round of repairs fixed it all. Coco has led all of the installation and repairs but has subsequently had other staff do the maintenance and upkeep on the units.

Just like Gilbert and Coco, all the staff is very professional. I am pretty sure they have a set of expectations for their staff, and I think they all meet them. They don't quit or give up. If there is a problem - and there was with my air conditioning - they stay with it until it is satisfactorily resolved. They have fair pricing relative to other bids and other pricing that I have seen. You can get a good value proposition for people who are just focused on that. I happen to also focus on the relationship that I have with both Gilbert and Coco, and I highly recommend them!
