ERIVES HEATING has always done phenomenal work for us! This was not our first time using them. We continue to use their services because their customer service is excellent and their pricing is really good. They installed a new air conditioning unit for us about six years ago. Most recently we had a bow and target incident where a compound bow missed the target and hit the unit. We gave them a call and they were understanding and really worked with us. Since the unit was not that old they got us a great deal on a new unit and some discounts based on the previous work they did with us. The technicians are always very polite, prompt and professional. They are able to assess the situation quickly and efficiently then they take the time to explain their findings to us, explain what they can do as well as answering our questions. Gilbert and Cocoa are the two that I remember coming out and they have always been very respectful and courteous. Their "can-do" attitude seems like they are working for the customer, not the company and we really appreciated that.
