ERIVES HEATING has been out here twice. The first time there was a problem with the furnace, and instead of telling me all the things they needed to do, the technician made some minor adjustments and got the furnace working and just charged me for a service call. ERIVES had to come out again when I had replaced a thermostat and I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. When they came out that time, it was just a wiring issue between the thermostat and the furnace, and there again they just rehooked the wires and were in and out of here and just charged me another service call. I've been a customer since moving here four years ago. I'm more than happy to recommend ERIVES HEATING to anyone for HVAC services.
