I recently got 3 quotes for a furnace replacement and Erives beat the rest by far. He noticed I had a badly leaking air conditioning condenser coil and replaced that at far less than expected (it was about to rust and crack my heat exchanger so it was a must-do but neither of the other companies noticed it). He moved my new furnace back to make my floor drain accessible (was previously covered by old furnace) and added a new humidifier, two heat runs, and a touch screen thermostat all for WAY less than competitors who offered less for their price.

Erives is a family business that takes pride in their work. They were also the only company that was honest with the maintenance schedule I should bring them back on.
