When our car broke down and we had to get towed to Medford, Debbie at Rogue Rent-A-Car volunteered to stay after closing to keep us from being stranded. When we finally arrived thirty minutes after normal closing, she was there with a smile on her face, paperwork done and the keys to a car all ready to go. Now that's service "above and beyond" all expectations!
