We've had Reitzel Home Improvement do work for us previously, and because we were very happy with them, we called them out again to put in a new roof for us. Three years ago, they had done some patching in the cracks in the shingles. They told us that they was a possibility of having to put in a new roof in a couple years, which was what happened, and they also fixed up the sides and walls for water leakage.

They have great service as well. The workmen that come out are very courteous and clean after themselves. They're very prompt, and they tell you exactly what they're going to do. They just tell us what needs to be done, what they can do, offer a price, and leave the decision completely up to us. There's no high pressure to buy their products or do more things, which is why we always go back there.
