Their staff was very professional and explained things thoroughly--answering all of my questions and making me feel very comfortable with the decision and the procedure.

The expectations were established, their follow up and follow through was great and, after lots of research, they explained how it would happen and the timeline almost exactly. The results are better than I expected, and their entire staff was just great. As a patient, they made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I was somewhat nervous about the experience but they were very comforting.
