This was my first time using Capri Hair Restoration. I recommend anyone who is thinking of having any procedure done to ditch your research online and physically reach out and talk to someone who is in this business to get your questions answered before you make a decision. I felt the most comfortable with Capri Hair Restoration and made the trip to PA to have the implant procedure done. Tim and all of the staff are very nice and informative and again made me feel comfortable about the procedure. I set my expectations low on purpose and I think thus far they have been met even if not a little above. After my procedure, it is worth noting that their team does take you back to your motel because you are a bit groggy from the procedure and they do help with that if you don't have someone with you. In my case I did not, so that service is well appreciated. If I were to have any recommendations for post-op care, I would have liked a follow-up appointment for either a month, three months or six months visit. It has been seven months since my procedure and I have just been so busy and have not reached out to talk to them about getting answers to questions that I have. I plan on reaching out to them in a couple of days. The procedure itself is fairly easy and for those that can wear a hat probably could return to work in a couple of days, but realistically recovery time is more into the week or two timeframes. The procedure was also painless which is always great to point out. I do have some follow-up questions for Tim and his team and plan to follow-up with them in the next couple of days. My overall experience with them and this procedure are very positive and I would expect that in the coming months my expectations will be more than fulfilled. My four-star review for service was only because there is no way for a four 1/2 star review. I would have liked that post-op appointment for followup questions. They did a great job!
