Crystal who cleans my place does a great job. However, the office team is always frustrating to deal with. They don't have a great system in place to schedule appointments, so every time I call, they have to call me back after they verify availability. They've also lost my credit card information several times, causing me to call back in to give it to them again. Good cleaning ladies are hard to find, so I keep with them, but the office team needs to get much better organized. I can see why customers would move on to other options to avoid the frustration.
