Cleaning Service is Great; Scheduling Isn't
I've really had issues with scheduling cleaning jobs with Spotless. They seem to have a really hard time scheduling and being flexible about it. I'll call and ask for someone to come out, and they can't let me know immediately, but she usually has to call me back with the scheduling information. And it takes a long time for them to get back to me. There have also been several scheduling mess ups. In addition, I was told that the lady coming to do the job would be there for four hours, but then she said she was only supposed to do three and just left. They're very polite, but the scheduling is crazy. They're not very flexible about accommodating needs. For instance, once we tried to reschedule a day because we were going to be out of town and it appeared to be very challenging for them. They're a small company, so I understand that it's hard for them to accommodate customers sometimes. They also seem to have issues with their automated notification system. For instance, I talked to a person and scheduled a time. Then I got three different notifications for three different times that someone was coming to clean the house. Other than these issues, they are very nice folks. The service is great when they get there and they do a good job.
