My experience over-all, was disappointing! Elliot is a nice man and his yacht is fine -- Ken Jennings and his wife are professionals! In the beginning I met with Elliot, briefly, then he handed me over to Ken who I gave large deposit to and selected the menu. My original date was changed as Elliot had a conflict, so I had to change, then he said I had to change again and I told him NO as many were seniors and had their transportation arranged! However, he still chose to book people following me so I couldn't extend the cruise!!! This was celebrating my 80th birthday and I wanted to make certain to get my favorite cake -- I called Bonaire and got all details and emailed Elliot requesting a chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. To my horror, it was a white cake!!! I had been told the yacht would be docked by the entrance gate and people would board via the "swim step". WRONG! It was more than half way down the gangway and they had to climb steps to board!!! I had 3 women with canes and 1 with a walker! One of my friends cancelled the night before and emailed Elliot. He said it was too late for refund. I can understand that, but why wasn't I given that food????? I also wasn't give the left over cake!!!! Serving of the beverages was poorly handled. Not for those drinking champagne but the others. I emailed Elliot that I did give the $50/each gratuity but he owed me the difference and also a refund for the wrong cake. I've never heard back from him. Will I recommend him, no!
