We have had a service contract with Broward for almost ten years with very few requests for service. We had a garbage disposal installed by them in November when we were not there. The "plumber" installed it improperly and it leaked under the sink. When called to repair it when it was discovered in December we were told they were very busy and couldn't come for two days. We insisted they move that up. A repair person came the next day without the part to repair it and has yet to return three days later!!! 'Manager' said it couldn't be helped. Best they can do the week before Xmas. So much for their " service contract". A lot of money wasted!!!
