Total garbage! Worst customer service ever! They do not show up on time! No one calls to tell you if they are running late and the woman who answered the phone thought it was funny I took they day off of work to wait for the technicians and I was upset they are going to show up four hours late!! I am a reasonable person, but this was the third time they have not shown up within the specified time frame. The Broward Factory slogan should be " we know your screwed because you have a contract" or "wait all day because your time is not important and no we don't know what a phone is" geez! It is now 5pm and still no one has come to my house! They were scheduled between 8am and 1pm! Awful! I called the office around 4:40pm and the woman said the technicians still had two more houses to go to before they would get to mine!
