No Emergency Service with this company
Do NOT buy a contract with this company if you expect any emergency services. The fine print says ‘within 24 hours’. 22 month old A/C system panel power went out. In texas In temps between 90-100 F. The oncall service said it was not an emergency for an 8 mos old pregnant woman to have working A/C. This is the third time this company has put off service!
Time to file a claim to get my money back.
