They have been working on a hot water heater for 9 months, and it keeps going out. Finally they say it needs to be replaced but now I am required to pay for “ upgrades and permits”, totaling $340. I called the city the permit is $80, I looked up the upgraded parts they amount to $30...so all together $110. So when I ask where they come up with $340, I am told “time and labor”. They are rude and have a “used car salesmen” mentality. They hung up on me when confronted with facts. SCAMS
