I have had a contract for years with Broward never had any big major problems that I need it fixed. However this year when it got cold my heat didn't work and I went without heat the entire 6 weeks said it was cold now I have new problem.
In a rental property that I have a contract with Broward for the pool pump went. I do this so that if there is a problem my tenant can call in the event that I am out of town and handle any issues. He called May 1st. Still no pool pump. In Florida we can't even go a couple days without a pool pump. The brilliant technician they sent out got a serial number for one pump and not the motor brilliant this is definitely somebody I want to fix it in my pool. So here we are waiting to have this issue resolved going into the third week now.
