I called for service because of no heat on January 2nd. Was told the service couldn't be done until the 3rd. Between 8 a.m. And 1 p.m. I had somebody at my house and they were not called nobody came until 6 p.m. when nobody was there I had no way of knowing that somebody was coming at 6 p.m. Cold this morning I'm at work I can't be there so they can come tomorrow so the three frigid days in Florida I have no heat with a $900 a year contract thank you Broward
When I called the office this morning on the 4th I was told by the girl that answered the phone if they are in an area and they get more calls an emergency type call with no heat they would go to those calls because there in that area already. I guess my phone call the day before with no heat does not mean it's an emergency.
