no call back on weekends
First time I used them I left a message on a Sunday morning, no heat. I didn’t get a call back until Tuesday. I figured it was a fluke..
This is the second time I tried using my “emergency “ service and again no answer. I called early in the week and they came out. I told them what was wrong and that the a/c motor should be replaced. Tech came out and found the motor to be running (typical of problem to fix itself while he’s there) I explained exactly what has been going on for the last week and that the motor seized up. He said he couldn’t do anything about a running motor, I agreed fair enough but I did ask if I would have a problem calling them out again on Christmas weekend because of the previous issue. I was assured that they would answer my call ASAP and that a spare motor would be on hand should the need arise. Well I’ve called three times as reasonable intervals. But now I’m just $@!#% that after at least 8hrs of waiting I still have not gotten a return call..
PEOPLE IF YOUNLIKEBTO ARGUE WITH YOUR SERVICE TECHS OR LOLE BEING IGNORED NY YHE PEOPLE WHO ARW QUICK TO BILL YOUR CC FOE A YEARS SERVICE AND THEN NOT GET THAT SERVICE, THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU.
