I have had my AC broken for 3 weeks despite having technicians working on it a total of 5 times. There is no emergency response for after hours or weekends. They broke additional parts while repairing and to top it all off the office girl hung up the phone on me. They don't have adequate trained staff to handle the repairs but they keep selling policies. They attempted to fix my fridge twice and the same problem still exists. They will not replace even with a gold plan. They attempted to charge me 155 for replacing my garbage disposal but I refused to pay the tech because I had a copy of my contract and read it back to him. Do not get suckered into this warranty from this company
