Woke up to water all over the wood floor in the garage. Turns out the water heater was leaking from the bottom. I called and was told they would try to get someone out today and said they would call back. I received a call and had a technician out within the hour. We hooked up a hose and drained the heater and he checked it out and told me I needed a new one. It was covered and the next day, two technicians showed up and replaced my old water heater. The office staff was responsive, the technician was knowledgeable and very polite. The damage to the floor was minimal due to the response time and I expect it will dry out leaving no sign of being wet. I have had the Warranty Service since I bought the house six years ago and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.
