In May 2017 my AC broke. I just had a baby that month and was home with a newborn. The guy came out and told me he had fixed it however, shortly after he left it was doing the same thing NOT working. I called the company and they told me it would be a few days to come back out. They tried making me go an entire week without AC! Luckily, i have a friend in AC and he came and repaired our AC in less than hour the day it broke. Then in August our dryer broke. It took them an entire month of games they put a new motor in then put a belt in wrong so it broke and then said it would take a few days to get in stock. After a month of calling them to fix our dryer we went down to the repair store bought the belt our self and fixed our dryer. Needless to say this company just plays game, does not have workers who can repair appliances and the staff who anwser the phone are not friendly. Having a home warrinty with these people is just throwing your money away. I would not recommend to anyone. Very upsetting.
