They removed my pool pump to service. When I called to inquire they said they had to order a part. Brought it back and reinstalled yesterday (Friday) (2 weeks later) and it seemed to be working but this morning water is shooting out of the pump and water in the pool down 6 inches. No way to contact anyone. I left a message over 8 hours ago but I think no one will check it until Tuesday (This is Labor Day weekend) I want to cancel and get my 600$ plus premium back. My former home warranty company at my old house at least had an after hours person that spoke with you and could arrange service if needed, I am beyond dissatisfied. I would give zero stars if possible. My problem now is worse than it was before, Before I just had a pump that didn't work. At least water wasn't spraying out and draining the pool.
