I have been dealing with the Broward Clearwater Office for 12 years now and I could not be more satisfied. You pay for your contract once a year, and that is it! No service call charge, no parts charge, no holiday or weekend charge, etc. Everyone that I ever dealt with has been a "total" professional. I would like to especially mention Ryan & Monique in the office. Every time I call, they do everything possible to get someone to my house a quickly as possible, and even work around my schedule. There have been times where my repairs were "not" straight forward, but Ryan & Monique "always" seam to work it out.
They are a credit to the Broward Service operation.
Also, all of the techs that have come to my home have been great. I would like to mention one that recently went about the normal repair procedure. His name is Cameron Smith. I was having an A/C problem on a Friday, I called, but when Cameron got to my house, it was working fine. He told me that he was on call all weekend, so if it happens again, "he" would come out. It did happen again on Saturday (so I called) , but the problem only lasted for about an hour, then back to normal. When Cameron called me back, I explained what happened, and he said that he would have to come out during the week and do a full diagnostic. On Monday I was about to call to set-up an appointment, when Cameron (on his own) showed up. He said that he figured out (from what I told him) what the problem "might be", he added a part to the A/C system, and it has been working fine ever since. I really feel that Cameron, when about & beyond by coming back out "on his own" to fix the problem. This is why I "love" Broward Factory Service. "Don't Leave Your Home "Unprotected" Without It".
