Plumbing repairs are not made to satisfaction instead stating for me to hire a plumber to make repairs. They misdiagnose problems. For example, they stated they didn't want to "tighten" fixture any further as they feared it would break when it was a cartridge that needed changing. $400 later paid to a licensed plumber that is what was done- cartridge change out. Another problem now is they state that the kitchen sink is clogged and that I need to hire a plumber to unclog sink further as their snake is not "long enough". A washer repair took 5 visits on 5 different days to finally get washer to function properly. That's 5 days we had to take off from work to be there for the repair. These are repairs that are covered under their warranty yet they will not repair as warranty requires nor are repairs made in a timely manner.
