One of your techs came to my home to repair a couple of our appliances. His name is Chris, Chris not only took care of the job at-hand. He also discovered other potential dangerous problems with both appliances. He took extra time to see that the appliances were working until he was able to return with the correct parts. I really appreciate that kind of going beyond the call of duty customer service. If I was to encounter any other problems with my appliances. I wouldn't have anyone work on them other then your tech Chris.
