We have been loyal customers of Broward Factory Service for many years. During this time your employee in the Clearwater office, a gentleman named Rod has been in our home on numerous occasions. Some repairs to my wash machine or refrigerator/freezer or dishwasher have been easy fixes; others have been challenging repairs.
I would sincerely like to express my gratitude for the quality workmanship I have always received from Rod. In my opinion, he is a genius, always knowing exactly what parts are needed to repair the appliance. Most recently, my GE Profile freezer was heavily frosted over, even though it is a frost free appliance. The repair was particularly challenging as the freezer design necessitated that Rod remove the back portion of the freezer in order to get to the affected parts. It was a difficult job, but Rod persevered and despite the challenges got the freezer portion of my side-by-side refrigerator working again.
He is a very competent gentleman and I wanted to go on record to express my gratitude to him for his very high standards as well as how is your positively he represents BFS.
I hope he will be tangibly rewarded for the great service he has provided to our home, as well as many customers throughout the area.
