I'm the property manager for the Parc Chestnut and we've used Sungloss Marble Co as long as I can remember, and I've been here fifteen years. The building has a large travertine floor in the lobby that is really too delicate for walking on as much as we use it. So it needs a lot of care. We call Sungloss Marble Co twice a year to fill the holes and shine it up for us. It takes them a few days but I never get any complaints from the residents because the end result is so beautiful and glossy. We try to get it done before the holidays and the snow and salt hit it hard. Their service guys are really good and have been perfect complying with our covid restrictions. We also use Sungloss Marble Co for the occasional graffiti that we get hit with. It can't be simply scrubbed off, so Sungloss uses a special clay that sucks the paint out over a period of days. I sometimes wish that Sungloss could do more areas for us, like baseboards and the arch over the lobby, but that has to be done by hand and we don't have it in the budget. Sungloss Marble Co is easy to work with and I've never heard any complaints about their results! They do a beautiful job.
