We have utilized the services of Sungloss Marble Co. on numerous occasions. We have a rather large house, which has quite a number of stone-like surfaces, including marble, stone, and quartz. We use Sungloss to manually clean and seal all the surfaces, and they do a very professional job of it. Their sales rep is fantastic, and provides exceptional customer service. Because of the size of our job, we always ask for bids, and we proceed to have the work done via a written contract, which describes the particulars, and specifies the nature of the service to be provided. But Sungloss Marble Co. works very well with us, and is flexible. If we need something else done while they are here, or if there is some change in the service to be provided, then they cheerfully comply. That is an example of them going above and beyond the written terms of the contract, and I really appreciate that.
