Good work but customer service is not a priority.
Sungloss Marble Co. deals in a specific niche market which makes their services valuable. What they do, they do very well. They cleaned, polished, and resealed the tile floors in two bathrooms and shower tiles in one, and it all turned out beautifully. However, there were multiple customer service issues that took a lot of time and energy to resolve. The client was not happy with the dusty mess Sungloss Marble Co. left behind in her spotless house. She was also upset that they had damaged her powder room countertop in the process of working on the floor. I had to resolve this issue with the company president who was not very sympathetic. In the end, the problem was resolved but left bad feelings. Additionally, Sungloss Marble Co. is extremely difficult to schedule and they are pricey. The end-user experience is not satisfactory.
