We have a semi annual contract with Sungloss Marble Co. They clean and gloss all the stone to remove salt and scratches in the common areas. They've also filled in repairs for any holes. Then they pretty much polish at the end.

They've been coming to this location since before I started. The work is done overnight, so we aren't able to meet any of the cleaners, but we do have a point of contact in the office to call in for scheduling.

Overall, the service is great. I do think they could be more proactive about getting us scheduled. I've requested to be put on an automatic scheduling list, but I'm not sure if that's happened yet.
