Fell short
We used Marina Carpet for the first time. They were referred to us by my in-laws, and they measured too short for the job they quoted me on. In the closets, they ended up having to use multiple pieces, so the seams are very obvious. It's not the fault of the installer, but the guy who did the measuring really did a poor job. In the hallway, they were short about a foot or two, so there's a seam right through the entryway. It's the first thing you see, so it's not very attractive.
The installers were nice, but they did not clean up after themselves very well. They didn't vacuum when they were done. It was five o'clock on a Saturday, so they were rushing to get home. My wife, who is pregnant, and I ended up having to do all the vacuuming. Other than that, they were fine. The pricing was decent, and the quality of the carpet is good.
