I really appreciate all the help from Ron, Kimberly and the roof guy, when you say you will come to estimate between 12pm-1pm, you really mean it and did come around 12:30pm, although it is a small job but within two week you did come and fix it, one day it rain pretty hard, I went up attic and there is no leaking around the vent pipes & attic fan.

You guys are very professional, reliable and trustable, most important you take care the problem, especially after I had a bad experience with previous contractor, he didn't fix and run away.
