I recently used Remodel America and they were great! I had used a contractor and he took off and did not finish the work! So I was really in a bad situation. Ron, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate on the work. He was really sweet. He understood that I was in a bad situation and felt bad for me and tried to give me the lowest price he possibly could. Thank god for Ron. He really was a life-saver. He told me I needed to fix the elevation that the other contractor had started or I might have a really bad accident. His workers were wonderful. They checked everything and told me what needed to do. The other contractor ruined so many things, but they really just tried to fix them at the lowest pricing for me. Everything I asked for, they did. They followed my directions really carefully. They put new vinyl siding on the side of my home, fixed my roof, put new windows in upstairs for me, and put a new black trim on all my windows and doors, just like I had asked. Ron even said he would write a letter for me to help me to sue the other contractor. He said it was his pleasure to help! The work he did was excellent. I have gotten so many compliments on it already. I will call again and I would definitely recommend them!
