This was the first time I used Evergreen Clean. They came out and picked up an area rug to take back to their facility for cleaning. Their employees were very nice, and polite, and they returned the rug in a timely fashion. Overall, I think they did an OK job on the rug, but not a great job. I just don't think they cleaned it all that well, and I believe they could have done a better job on it. That is why I give them Three and One Half Stars as a rating.
