I called because I had gotten blue eyeliner on my new white carpet and Tom came the same morning! He not only got out all the blue stains but also removed red wine from another very expensive area rug, and stubborn stains from a third rug. I was very impressed and grateful! I would definitely recommend Tom and Evergreen!
