Keith Reynolds of ChemDry (Chem Dry of Choice) cleaned our carpets throughout our house, three floors in fact. He encountered stains we had attempted to remove ourselves, of which we failed. He came on time, started immediately, and did not stop till he completed all the carpeting, all the while taking extra time to prep and give extra attention to stubborn stains he encountered; pet stains, dirty shoe prints, and unidentifiable spots etc... we are extremely pleased with our results and will contact Keith when it's time for carpet cleaning in the future.
