A friend of mine who had used Chem-Dry of Roanoke recommended them. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They were willing to try to fix a problem that came up during the work they did for us.

There was an odor in one room of the house from an animal and we were hoping that they could remove the odor from the carpet. When it did not work the first time, they came back out and made an effort to fix the problem. The odor is still there, but I am in touch with them about what else can be done.

Chem-Dry cleaned, disinfected, and protected our carpeting. They also gave us a spot treater and instructions on how to get spots out of the carpet. Probably 2 days after they finished the job, we had a spill of red Kool-Aid on the carpet. We used the spot treater they had given us and it worked well.

I would absolutely recommend Chem-Dry. They stand behind their quality workmanship, and their methods are very effective.
