I was doing a complete kitchen renovation, and frankly, I was not satisfied with either the prices or the quality of materials in the local area. So, I went online, and I discovered Main Line Kitchen Design. They were located about an hour away, but they were willing to meet with me. Ed, the sales manager, met with me, and he was very accommodating. He even came up on a Saturday! He was also willing to talk to my contractor. I did not feel rushed at all, and Ed took his time to explain all the options available to me. The deal-maker was when Ed showed me the Good, Better, Best lines, and he showed me all the details and differences between the hardware. Some of the less expensive lines had the same hinges and hardware, and material fit, as the more expensive lines, at half the cost! I really appreciate how honest and upfront he was, and how he did not try to upsell me. And, when it all came in, he continued to work with me. There were six or seven missing pieces of hardware. All that I had to do was take a picture, and send it to him. He worked with the manufacturers, and he got the replacement parts sent to me. I highly recommend Main Line Kitchen Design to everyone!
