I used to have Chem-Dry clean my living room carpet every month because it's pale beige and we have 4 rescue pets. But I had just let it get away from me, and it was just terrible. Looked more like the floor of a barn than a living room. I honestly didn't think it would ever come really clean again. I was so embarrassed to have them even see it, but I knew it was the only possibility before having it torn out. The two kind gentlemen, Jack and Connor, did an unbelievable job - much better than I had any right to expect, and did not say or do anything to embarrass me about the situation.
