Thank you for your business Leticia and your comments. I have looked at your account and I do apologize your appointment times had to get moved around. Unfortunately, when you originally called to schedule, our after hours call center in Dallas, TX answered and scheduled your appointment. We have had ongoing issues with scheduling errors when the call center schedules, and we've been trying to correct these errors. I do apologize your appointment was one of the unfortunate times we had to adjust time windows.
