Arrived at the scheduled time, staff were pleasant and easy to work with. Overall very satisfied with the cleaning. The sofa was wet for longer than they stated, but I know it was very dirty and they had to use extra on some areas. One stain did not come out heowever I did not expect miracles. Satisfied would recommend and would use again
