Clean carpets, but longer time to dry than advertised ( both time I have used Chem Dry) and way over priced! $225/hour is what

This is the 2nd time I have used Chem Dry. However, I found that it was more expensive this time and the office staff didn't seem to keep very good notes about conversation. Evertime I spoke to someone there, I had to basically start all over again with what I wanted to have done.
I will say I do like the idea that they do not saturate your carpet and it dries fairly quickly, not a quick as stated in advertising but more like about 4-6 hours.
I think that $452 for 2 hours of work is a bit steep, so not sure I will use Chem Dry again.
Can't really afford that kind of cost. But I do want to say that the carpets looks great, now I will wait and see if the spot on the area rug comes back again! That shall be the true test as it did the first time.

However our technicians will always provide the customer with a full understanding of the services and pricing before we start any cleaning job and obtain customer approval before any work is started.

CSR’s are always available to answer any further questions as the need arises and we are available Mon-Fri 8am-5p.

Although Chem-Dry’s system is geared to dry in 1-2 hours, problem areas could require additional solvents to be used which would increase the dry time on that area.

At Chem-Dry of Michiana are goal is to have 100% complete customer satisfaction.
