We have used Chem-Dry of Michiana for a long time in our apartment community. From the moment they answer the phone they are courteous and personable. Starting with their office personnel to Ed, the owner, they customer service oriented.

The technicians are very professional and careful when they come. They do a great job of cleaning our carpets. If there are unique problems they have special types of treatments to take care of it. Whenever they bring the apartment key back after cleaning, they report on what was done.

In addition to a good cleaning job, they are very accommodating to our schedule. Because we deal with apartments we often need a quick turn around and need them to come in a hurry. They really try to accommodate us when that happens. In fact, because of Chem-Dry's great service I have used them in my own home and have been pleased.
