Chem-Dry was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had! Their customer service was great all the way around, from the CSR who took my call to the technicians who cleaned. I especially appreciated their reminder call the day before and the techs calling on their way over. My carpets look like new and I will definitely recommend them and use them again!
